About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager with 10 years of experience to oversee two highimpact projects. This role requires a candidate with a solid foundation in Finance and Accounting and a strong executive presence. You will drive project execution endtoend ensuring ontime withinbudget delivery with high client satisfaction. A PMP certification is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage and lead complex multiyear projects independently with full accountability for project outcomes.
- Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans detailing resources scope schedule budget assumptions and dependencies for largescale complex projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior management and executivelevel stakeholders both internally and with clients.
- Risk Management: Act swiftly to identify communicate and mitigate project risks ensuring smooth project progression.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present polished impactful decks for FP&A teams delivering concise insights and updates.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with management to resolve resource conflicts and prioritize effectively.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members ensuring high standards and adherence to processes.
MustHave Qualifications
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success managing multiple projects independently with a PMP certification as a plus.
- Finance & Accounting Knowledge: Strong expertise in finance and accounting with the ability to understand and navigate complex financial data.
- Executive Presence: Confident professional demeanor skilled in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Deck Preparation: Proven ability to create impactful presentation decks for FP&A teams.
- Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational capabilities able to handle multiple priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a focus on clear effective communication.
- Active Listening: Attentive to project requirements and adept at aligning with stakeholder needs.
