What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat delivering timely and accurate information.
- Problemsolving: Help customers resolve issues find solutions and ensure their experience is seamless.
- Documenting customer interactions: Keep detailed records of customer requests and resolutions to ensure accurate followup.
