Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to manage and improve our organizations compensation benefits and rewards systems. In this role you will be responsible for designing evaluating and administering competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract motivate and retain talent while ensuring alignment with company policies and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation structures including salary ranges bonus schemes and other incentives.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking market analysis and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Manage the annual salary review process including preparing recommendations communicating changes and ensuring timely implementation.
- Advise management on compensation policies guidelines and any adjustments needed to align with industry trends.
- Oversee the design implementation and administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance retirement plans leave policies and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with external benefits providers ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of benefit programs to assess their effectiveness and alignment with employee needs.
- Organize benefits orientation sessions and provide ongoing support to employees regarding their benefit options and policies.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights on trends budget impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends benefits utilization and financial impact for HR and management review.
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems and manage any necessary updates related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update compensation and benefits policies as needed ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation affecting compensation and benefits and adjust programs as needed to maintain compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on compensation and benefits matters addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop and deliver communication materials to ensure employees have a clear understanding of compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field
- 23 years of Experience as a Compensation and benefits Specialist or a related HR role.
- Post graduate studies (HR Diploma Certificate etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strongly preferred to have Digital marketing agency or SAAS background.
- Solid Experience with compensation analysis benefits administration and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Experience with using HR software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a simple clear way.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities.
- High level of organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
