THE OPPORTUNITY
In response to the firm’s growth the Parttime Junior Accountant role will assist the firm to fulfill expected responsibilities. You will work under the guidance of a seasoned Manager who prioritises team welfare. Initially centered on business service tasks this role is poised to expand into broader advisory capacities down the line.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and review invoices for Principals' approval
- Analyse client invoice feedback and manage debtors
- Record ledger transactions and conduct account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly client reports
- Assist senior Accountants
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- CA/CPA qualification in progress
- Minimum 1 year experience in Australian Public Practice
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of business advisory services
- Australian work rights are a must
