Tasks
As a (Senior) Sales Consultant you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and managing existing business relationships. Your main task will be to identify potential clients understand their needs and introduce them to our comprehensive staffing services. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract and beyond.
Your mission
- Identification and approach of decisionmakers in target companies
- Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Analysis of customer needs and presentation of our services as the first point of contact for personnel matters
- Selection of suitable experts and negotiation of contracts and conditions
- Organization and support of the entire application process as an interface between client companies our recruitment team and IT experts
- Independent and efficient organization of the sales business as an entrepreneur in the company with independent goal achievement
Requirements
- Experience in sales or in the (personnel) service industry
- Knowledge of the IT environment is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
- Organizational skills and ability to selforganize
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Occasional willingness to travel
