Job Description

Role Overview: Were looking for an experienced Inbound Marketing Strategist to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy including managing key channels like our website LinkedIn and investor communications. This role is crucial in helping Wecheer engage FMCG/CPG decisionmakers and drive lead generation through optimized content and campaigns. You will collaborate across departments to deliver targeted marketing initiatives align inbound strategies with our business goals and enhance Wecheers brand visibility.

Is this role for you You should not apply if you lack hands on experience in multichannel inbound marketing for FMCG/CPG enterprise clients if you struggle with crossfunctional collaboration/investor relations or if you cant handle a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.

This is a remote freelance full time role European time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns: Create and manage inbound marketing campaigns focused on driving leads through LinkedIn website optimization and targeted email marketing.
  • Marketing Automation: Build and execute personalized drip campaigns to nurture leads utilizing automated content delivery and segmentation to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Content Strategy: Develop highquality content (case studies whitepapers client success stories) to showcase our expertise in digital loyalty programs and customer engagement.
  • Sales Deck Management: Create and standardize sales decks to ensure consistent messaging and branding aligning with marketing strategies and sales objectives.
  • SEO & CRM Management: Ensure best practices for SEO are implemented and use CRM tools like HubSpot to segment leads and track engagement for effective targeting.
  • CrossChannel Marketing: Design and manage integrated campaigns using LinkedIn Ads Google Ads and email marketing to ensure consistent messaging and optimize ROI.
  • Investor & Client Relations: Oversee communications with clients and stakeholders including newsletters and presentations that highlight key updates and success metrics.
  • Event & Award Management: Manage PR activities such as press releases industry event participation and award submissions to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound marketing especially for B2B SaaS tech or digital loyalty programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO marketing automation and multichannel lead generation.
  • Expertise in managing LinkedIn and social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and datadriven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of crossfunctional collaboration.
