Your Role

• Greet every guest and visitor with genuine warmth ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Share your knowledge about the best local attractions dining options and hidden gems helping guests make the most of their stay.
• Handle guests luggage with care store belongings securely and park cars with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs record preferences and manage requests questions and messages promptly to enhance their experience.
• Ensure public spaces are always tidy and inviting keeping an eye out for anything that might need attention from a misaligned cushion to a lostlooking guest.
• Maintain a positive attitude even when addressing challenges and work effectively to find solutions that satisfy our guests.

Qualifications :

THE PERSON

• To be successful youll need a valid New Zealand Drivers License.
• Able to work on a rotating schedule including weekends public holidays and night shifts as needed.
• A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly with guests and team members alike.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic setting where quick thinking and flexibility are key.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30kg with ease.
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with guests.
• Positive proactive and detailoriented with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to supporting your team.
