Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project development from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met. (Work closely with designers drafters and related personnel to ensure coordinated design).
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress & attend site meeting when necessary.
- Prepare technical documentation reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using industry specific software tools such as CAD software for design and other technical analysis tools.
- Adept in creating 3D architectural model for lighting simulation and rendering for lighting projects using Dialux/Relux/SketchUp will be a plus.
- Work closely with designers drafters and related personnel to ensure coordinated design.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Project Management or a related field.
- Sound knowledge and proven track record in technical hotel systems/smart home/ELV/control system will be preferred.
- Proven experience in project engineering preferably within the lighting or electrical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal organization negotiation and presentation skills.
- Possess gogetter attitude and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
- High level of initiative and integrity resultdriven and able to work under pressure in a timely manner.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
