About Project and Role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer who is driven and willing to take initiative. Your role involves extensive work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems across multiple modules Sales Service and Field Service both onpremises and in cloud environments. This position involves working with a variety of customers utilizing new and emerging technologies in inventive ways. You will offer innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Customize and enhance the CRM application using Microsofts builtin administrative reporting and development tools.

  • Implement changes to fulfill business requirements adhere to standards and meet deadlines.

  • Develop test and modify programs.

  • Install applications and configure environments for development testing and production use.

  • Develop and improve Dynamics 365 (CRM) reports with internal and external tools.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Dynamics 365 (CRM) with other applications.

  • Offer customer support as needed.

  • The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively within a team or independently as needed.

  • Clear and efficient communication of task progress is essential along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Certified Professional

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)

  • A minimum of 3 years CRM experience

  • Experience with Microsoft CRM 2013 and later including online and onpremises customization and development

  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as C# JavaScript Plugins SSRS Report writing XML/Fetch XML Web Services and SQL

  • Familiarity with Experlogix and Microsoft Hololens is highly valued but not mandatory

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong problemsolving abilities

  • Capability to innovate with existing and new technologies within a best practice framework

  • Comprehensive understanding of business and transactional processes

  • Ability to work both independently and in a teamoriented environment

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
