Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Utilize email marketing as the primary lead generation channel to identify and target potential clients.
- Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to generate leads and create a healthy sales pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance including open rates clickthrough rates and conversion metrics.
- Use advanced data sing techniques to gather potential client data from various sources ethically and in compliance with data protection laws.
- Employ tools such as Python (for custom sing scripts) Octoparse ParseHub and Sy to automate data extraction processes.
- Organize and maintain sed data in CRM tools or databases to streamline the lead management process.
- Leverage email marketing tools like Mailchimp SendGrid HubSpot and ActiveCampaign to execute and track campaigns.
- Develop and manage email lists segmentation strategies and campaign schedules to optimize outreach efforts.
- Implement measures to prevent emails from being flagged as spam such as warmup processes authentication (SPF DKIM) and using compliant IPs.
- Craft persuasive and engaging email content that resonates with target audiences and prompts them to take action.
- Develop subject lines body content CTAs and followup messages that align with the companys brand voice and messaging strategy.
- Regularly update and refine content based on campaign performance and feedback.
- Initiate contact with leads generated through email campaigns conducting followups to build rapport and qualify interest.
- Answer initial questions provide relevant information about our services and assess client needs.
- Prepare and transfer qualified leads to the sales department with clear notes and relevant client insights to facilitate a smooth handoff.
- Ensure all email marketing efforts comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g. CANSPAM GDPR).
- Implement strategies to avoid blacklisting and ensure high deliverability such as IP reputation monitoring and using sender authentication.
- Continuously update knowledge of email marketing trends and technologies to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Track and report on campaign performance including key metrics and lead conversion rates.
- Use insights from reports to optimize future campaigns and suggest improvements for the email marketing strategy.
- Maintain documentation of all campaigns and transfer details for reference and analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3 years as an email marketer.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of winning projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
