What you will be doing:
- Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
- Assisting Chef and culinary team with light preparation duties in the kitchen
- Restock clean dishes flatware and trays
- Replenish condiments and food items in the salad bar
- Sweep and mop floors
- Unpack supplies and store items accordingly
- Perform duties such as sing stacking and moving dishes to the dishwashing station
- Report any colleague comments or concerns to ensure the interest of better guest satisfaction
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
- Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
Your skillset includes:
- Selfmotivated with the ability to make effective decisions
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
- Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to perform regular bending lifting reaching and carrying
