Tasks

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Controller (f/m/x) to strengthen and grow our international team. As a Controller you will play a pivotal role in financial planning analysis and reporting to support strategic decisionmaking across the organization. This role requires a proactive analytical thinker who is fluent in both German and English and comfortable working in a fast and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
• Develop analyze and monitor KPIs to assess financial performance and provide actionable insights to CLevel management and our international parent company AONIC
• Conduct budget planning and forecasting identifying risks and opportunities for cost efficiency and growth
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to provide financial guidance on business initiatives and projects
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Present financial data analyses and recommendations to key stakeholders and our international parent company AONIC

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
• 35 years of relevant experience in controlling financial analysis or related areas
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Excel financial modeling and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it effectively
• High level of accuracy attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
