Join our growing team! As a leading international manufacturer of bathroom products including toilets taps showers and other accessories is searching for a Operations Manager to join their team immediately to grow our business in Bali.
Tasks
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce overstocking or shortages.
- Zoho System Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate stock and inventory data within Zoho ensuring all processes align with business needs.
- Delivery Oversight: Coordinate and manage delivery schedules ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.
- Supplier and Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational workflows identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure excellent client service handle client inquiries and manage key accounts to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Account Management: Ensure timely and accurate billing and followup for payments working closely with clients to resolve any accountrelated issues.
- Reporting to Founder: Provide regular updates to the Founder on operational performance challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management preferably within the interiors design or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (Zoho experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and client relationships.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
