Role Overview:
As the Campaign Manager at Dash0 you will play a critical role in shaping our online presence and driving the
success of our productled growth strategy. Youll own the endtoend process of creating managing and optimizing digital campaigns that attract new users and convert them into loyal paying customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who is both creative and analytical with handson experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Develop execute and optimize multichannel digital marketing campaigns (Google Search YouTube LinkedIn etc.) aimed at driving user signups and conversions.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with productled growth goals and brand messaging.
- Campaign Management
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from planning and execution to tracking and reporting ensuring alignment with KPIs and growth objectives.
- Work closely with external agencies to manage ad creation bidding targeting and budget allocation across platforms.
- Landing Page Optimization
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling landing pages that effectively drive conversions.
- Test and optimize landing pages using A/B testing user feedback and data analysis to improve conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR CPA CPL etc.) drawing insights to inform future campaign strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for optimizations sharing insights with the wider team and stakeholders.
- Budget Management
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
- Monitor spending across channels to ensure efficient use of resources while meeting performance goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management ideally within a SaaS or productled growth environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads YouTube etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
Mindset:
- Datadriven approach with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
- Understand technical solutions for developers and can translate them into marketing messaging and campaigns.
- Creative problemsolver with a proactive growthfocused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
