Are you a datadriven sales/ marketing enthusiast with a talent for funnel optimization and lead generation rready is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help drive pipeline growth and conversion through targeted highimpact strategies. Join our mission to empower organizations worldwide with a SaaS platform that brings employeedriven innovation to life!

Key Responsibilities

Drive SalesQualified Leads

  • Execute targeted campaigns across digital channels to generate highquality leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Optimize the lead funnel from MQL to SQL driving engagement and conversions at each stage.

Funnel Optimization & Data Analysis

  • Analyze data to optimize the funnel and improve lead conversion rates ensuring a steady flow of salesready leads.
  • Leverage HubSpot for lead scoring CRM tracking and campaign insights to refine strategies in realtime.

Targeted Outreach & Segmentation

  • Create segmented lists and personalized outreach to maximize relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales to align on messaging insights and feedback to ensure the highest lead quality and readiness.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

3 years in demand generation or B2B sales support ideally in SaaS.

Expertise in HubSpot and CRMbased lead management.

Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in funnel optimization and lead conversion.

Resultsdriven mindset with the ability to manage multiple highpriority projects.
