Position Overview: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within the royal residence ensuring that every area reflects the highest standards of cleanliness order and elegance. This role requires exceptional attention to detail discretion and the ability to manage a dedicated housekeeping team.
Job Responsibilties:
- Lead train and supervise the housekeeping staff ensuring adherence to royal standards of service and cleanliness.
- Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and coverage.
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms common areas and service areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision preferably within highprofile households or luxury establishments.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
