Job Description
Laboratory Manager
Pune MH
- Bachelors Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- 10 years of electrical or mechanical engineering product development design repair or support experience including personnel leadership
- Working knowledge in power/electrical engineering; threephase alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) power IGBTs inverters rectifiers microprocessor and sensor interfacing firmware interfacing DC batteries connectors/wire harnesses
- Working knowledge in large and small scale cooling systems
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and PCBA layouts
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve and prevent a wide range of problems quickly and methodically
- Ability to operate in an electromechanical testing lab environment safely and successfully
- Must be comfortable interfacing with customer and at times traveling to sites to troubleshoot difficult or highprofile technical issues
- Excellent planning organizing documentation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional global development teams
- Travel 15%
