Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Custom Electrical Design: Work with clients to understand specific requirements and develop customized electrical systems for power distribution modules and generator enclosures.
- Power System Design: Design and integrate medium and high voltage switchgear applications UPS systems and access control components ensuring compliance with client needs and industry regulations.
- Structural and HVAC Coordination: Support structural design requirements and coordinate HVAC systems considering environmental factors based on equipment shipping destinations.
- Material Selection & Documentation: Choose materials suited to environmental and operational demands and create detailed engineering drawings specifications and bills of materials for procurement.
- Project Management: Oversee project milestones from initial design through implementation ensuring timelines and standards are met.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to guarantee the reliability and performance of all electrical systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with industry standards regulations and safety codes integrating them into design processes.
- Client Engagement: Maintain communication with clients throughout project phases to ensure satisfaction and address any adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in electrical design and systems ideally within the missioncritical or power distribution industry.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis materials selection and HVAC integration.
- Project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills attention to detail and a strong problemsolving mindset.
