Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive HR Services

Location: Nairobi

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling Recruitment Business Outsourcing Training HR Consultancy Payroll Processing and Psychometric & Personality Testing services to corporate clients. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record in HR services and excels in building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
2. Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors.

Client Relationship Management:
1. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Proposal Development and Presentation:
1. Create and present customized proposals.
2. Deliver sales pitches and negotiate to close deals.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes.

Reporting and Analysis:
1. Track sales performance and provide insights on market trends.
2. Manage sales activities using CRM tools.

Crossfunctional Collaboration:
1. Work with operations HR and training teams for seamless service delivery.
2. Participate in internal strategy meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing HR or related field.
35 years of B2B sales experience in Recruitment Outsourcing HR Consultancy and related services.
Proven success in meeting sales targets.

Key Skills:
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and influence decisionmakers.
Selfmotivated resultsoriented and a team player.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of HR services and processes.
