- Review coordinate and revise inbound and outbound orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness maintaining seamless workflows in line with warehouse procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Garage ILLA customers at the warehouse facilitating smooth transactions and exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently manage the handover process ensuring that orders are accurately prepared and handed over to Garage ILLA customers according to established protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity. Identify and report any discrepancies to ensure effective stock control.
- Prepare Mylerz orders accurately and efficiently coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of stock production dates updating the system as necessary to reflect current inventory data and ensure traceability.
- Collect and verify inbound and outbound documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission to relevant departments.
