JOBDESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE : CIRCLE SALES MANAGER
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for handling sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its
strong presence.
Own recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding
their needs.
Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team maintain
client activity ratio and report the same.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
TO CONTRIBUTE:
Maintaining & Preparing Sales MIS.
Ability to train and motivate the team to develop prospect base and effectively cross sell/ up sell product
offering other than core equity products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate from Any Stream.
8 to 10 years of work experience includng minimum 4 years of experience as a team handling .
PERSONAL SKILLS:
Good Communication
Target Oriented
Team Player
Handling multiple products
