My client is looking for a Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and strong leadership skills to guide a team and collaborate crossfunctionally with sales regulatory and product development
Requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans including market analysis campaign strategy and budget allocation to support the companys growth objectives.
- Oversee the positioning and branding of key products to ensure consistent messaging and market relevance.
- Plan and execute successful product launch campaigns working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and impactful market entry.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends customer preferences and competitor activity translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals key opinion leaders and other industry stakeholders to drive advocacy and support.
- Manage mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Pharmacy or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a track record of successful product launches and brand management
