POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Processor will play an essential role in creating a smooth client experience by accurately updating records analysing financials and validating client information to ensure compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail a high level of confidentiality and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients accountants and employers.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Creating client folders in ioutsource & onedrive
Filling in Loan Compliance word documents as you go with every step of the journey with our clients (so everyone who picks up the file knows where it is up to & what we still require)
Inviting clients to our client portal ID link & Bank statement link to provide documents to us in a secure & safe environment
Sending documents to clients to sign via docusign
Uploading & Labelling documentation in the correct format
Collating client data with attention to detail efficiency & confidentiality
Analyzing payslips & calculating gross amounts with PAYG & SelfEmployed workers
Contacting accountants for Selfemployed clients
Checking bank statements against payslips
Checking bank statements for unusual spendings; income; savings & debts being paid that have not been disclosed
Checking credit files against liabilities listed on the client portal. Questioning any liabilities not mentioned and noting them
Contacting clients employers to verify their work
ABN lookup & google of clients employees
Banned & Disqualified search for selfemployed accountants
Filling in employment verification form
Filling in audit checklist as you go
Contact clients for any missing information on a file
Checking ioutsource sections 17 are accurate
match against licence passport & medicare
check dependents against medicare card query if any dependents missing
match income against payslips & employment verification email from employer
Ensure expenses match the bank statement
Ensure liabilities match credit file check
Check needs & objectives are written on Loan compliance word document
SKILLS:
Experience in loan processing or financial services is advantageous.
Proficiency with document management tools such as iOutsource OneDrive and DocuSign.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients accountants and employers.
Analytical skills for financial verification and data management.
