Job Description

This is a remote position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Processor will play an essential role in creating a smooth client experience by accurately updating records analysing financials and validating client information to ensure compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail a high level of confidentiality and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients accountants and employers.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  1. Creating client folders in ioutsource & onedrive

  2. Filling in Loan Compliance word documents as you go with every step of the journey with our clients (so everyone who picks up the file knows where it is up to & what we still require)

  3. Inviting clients to our client portal ID link & Bank statement link to provide documents to us in a secure & safe environment

  4. Sending documents to clients to sign via docusign

  5. Uploading & Labelling documentation in the correct format

  6. Collating client data with attention to detail efficiency & confidentiality

  7. Analyzing payslips & calculating gross amounts with PAYG & SelfEmployed workers

  8. Contacting accountants for Selfemployed clients

  9. Checking bank statements against payslips

  10. Checking bank statements for unusual spendings; income; savings & debts being paid that have not been disclosed

  11. Checking credit files against liabilities listed on the client portal. Questioning any liabilities not mentioned and noting them

  12. Contacting clients employers to verify their work

  13. ABN lookup & google of clients employees

  14. Banned & Disqualified search for selfemployed accountants

  15. Filling in employment verification form

  16. Filling in audit checklist as you go

  17. Contact clients for any missing information on a file

  18. Checking ioutsource sections 17 are accurate

  • match against licence passport & medicare

  • check dependents against medicare card query if any dependents missing

  • match income against payslips & employment verification email from employer

  • Ensure expenses match the bank statement

  • Ensure liabilities match credit file check

  • Check needs & objectives are written on Loan compliance word document



Requirements

SKILLS:

    Experience in loan processing or financial services is advantageous.

    Proficiency with document management tools such as iOutsource OneDrive and DocuSign.

    Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients accountants and employers.

    Analytical skills for financial verification and data management.

    MS Office 365 Suite Excel. Word Outlook and PDF

    Familiarity with loan compliance procedures and document handling is a plus.
