Job Overview
Be part of our client s team as an Administration Officer with CSR Skills where you ll oversee essential administrative tasks manage job details in simPRO coordinate with teams and ensure seamless communication for project updates. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in supporting topquality plumbing services.

Shift: Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM (ACDT) Fixed weekends off
Work setup: Permanent workfromhome
Responsibilities
Admin Rain Water Tank Division:
- Monitor the inbox daily for correspondence between Carol and new staff.
- Enter purchase orders accurately.
- Create jobs in simPRO based on emails from builders.
- Attach order confirmations to jobs in simPRO.
- Relay all correspondence from Team Poly including requesting pictures and base setup dimensions from supervisors for remote site inspections.
- Send installation reminder emails one week prior.
- Follow up with a phone call two days before if no response is received.
- Call supervisors to confirm site readiness and resolve any access issues 12 days before installation.
- Review and verify photos after tank installation to prepare for invoicing by Carol.
- Crosscheck delivery dockets against tank supplier statements at the end of the month.
- Update simPRO with job status changes.
Admin Maintenance Division:
- Update the client portal with the current status of orders.
- Record and update the client portal with scheduled service dates.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed
- 35 years of experience in an administrative role preferably within the construction industry.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of simPRO is an advantage.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detailoriented mindset to maintain accuracy in processing.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in email management and recordkeeping.
