Job Description
Note: its remote position
Client: Los Angeles Superior Court
- Design develop and implement AI models especially integrated within C# applications tailored to the needs of the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into Odyssey and eCourt case management systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI technologies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to other team members.
- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest AI technologies that can benefit the court system.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or related field. Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI development specifically with a strong background in generative AI models and natural language processing.
- Proficient in C# with experience integrating AI technologies into existing C# applications.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Azure OpenAI) suitable for C# environments.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and deploying AI solutions for document analysis and processing.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Azure Google Cloud) used for deploying AI solutions.
- Solid understanding of data structures data modeling and software architecture.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Expertise in designing and implementing pluggable architecture using reflection dependency injection frameworks or modular frameworks (e.g. MEF Autofac) for scalable and extensible software solutions.
- Master s degree or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with local Large Language Models and their implementation in legal document analysis.
- Knowledge of Odyssey and eCourt case management systems.
- Experience in the legal sector particularly with legal documents or legal environments.
- Knowledge of ethical AI use and considerations specific to public service and legal applications.
- Previous experience working on government contracts or projects.
- Strong problemsolving skills and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing web projects Demonstrated experience helping drive websites and web features to launch, with attention to detail and quality user experiences. Deep knowledge of agile project management practices, with experience leading sprints in a large organization and proactive planning. Experience pairing with other disciples to launch digital tools and services. Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and work with leadership, experts and decision makers, cross-functionally and across teams, coaching teams to drive outcomes. Knowledge of agile ways of working and modern software development practices. Experience setting up project management processes for cross functional teams that have various ways of working
Education
Bachelor s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
