Job Description
As a Sales Enablement you ll be the one finetuning the engine behind successful dental care managing Salesforce reports and ensuring sales processes are as smooth as a perfect filling. Youll work closely with teams to polish workflows optimize lead lists and execute multichannel sales strategies. This role lets you dig deep into data driving global change in dental care all while advancing your career to the next level!

Your Daily Dose of Sales Ops Duties
- Manage and generate reports from scratch along with documentation within Salesforce (Lightning) and various thirdparty platforms.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce (Lightning) with expertise in reporting and analysis.
- Identify necessary data to create reports and present findings to stakeholders or the sales team.
- Contribute to the Opencare Sales playbook and uncover ways to make the team more effective.
- Manage multichannel sales experiments via direct mail phone and email to improve the sales funnel.
- Ensure data accuracy across all thirdparty platforms.
- Build and maintain lead lists for the sales team including adding and updating lead information in various tools.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and departments to broaden your understanding of the business model and act as the expert in your assigned area of accountability.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines with the ability to base decisionmaking on data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ability to quickly identify problems handle objections and develop creative solutions to maintain momentum.
- Excellent organizational skills at both micro and macro levels.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft on an administrative level as well as additional thirdparty software (postal services Salesloft and frontfacing dashboards).
- Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with teams like Marketing and Customer Success to build feedback loops between Sales and other departments.
- Naturally curious and energized by working in an evolving ambiguous environment.
