Position Overview: The HR Recruiter manages the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews. This role requires strong communication skills and collaboration with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Job Posting: Create and publish job descriptions on various platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to attract top talent.
- Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
