Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent acquisition strategy. In this role you will collaborate with hiring managers develop sourcing strategies and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements & attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring processes.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in Recruitment field would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software (e.g. ATS systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring is a plus.
