Talent Pipeline Building: This role also requires proactive relationship-building with potential candidates for future opportunities. By maintaining a strong pipeline, the position ensures a steady flow of qualified talent ready for upcoming roles. Regular engagement with potential candidates helps to build brand loyalty and increase the chances of hiring the best fit when needed.
Candidate Assessment: Initial candidate screenings and assessments are a key responsibility. These evaluations ensure that only those who possess the right skills and align with company culture move forward in the hiring process. Screening may involve assessing skills, experience, and personality traits that best fit the team and project environment.
Administrative Support: This role includes maintaining and updating tracking spreadsheets, managing Asana tasks, and organizing email threads and other communication tools to ensure accurate records and smooth communication. Effective tracking and documentation help streamline operations, enabling the hiring team to be organized and efficient.
Collaboration with Project Managers: The role involves close collaboration with the project manager of remote production to align sourcing efforts with project-specific needs. Understanding each project’s requirements allows the sourcing team to focus on candidates whose skills and experience match well with specific formats and goals.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social media sourcing is required. Candidates with experience in remote and project-based environments are especially valuable, as the role involves adapting to different project requirements and sourcing globally.
Skills: This position demands strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent-sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, which are essential for reaching and engaging with potential candidates. Excellent communication skills are crucial for building relationships and effectively negotiating terms with candidates, while organizational skills ensure the efficient management of tasks and priorities.
Abilities: The ability to assess and match candidate profiles to the company’s project needs is fundamental, as well as the capacity to manage multiple candidates and prioritize tasks effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, as managing several projects and candidates is a day-to-day expectation.
