The VIP Services Executive assists with managing VIP & Loyalty guests ensuring and providing flawless upscale professional and high class guest service experiences whilst responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
This role supports the VIP Services Team Leader by performing administrative duties including;
It is essential to develop and manage strong working relationship with all departments to support and coordinate daily operations achieve business outcomes and to expedite the resolution of any guest complaints that may arise. The VIP Services Executive is responsible for the flow of communication relating to VIP guest activity and movements special requirements and amenities.
Qualifications :
Our ideal candidate is a true hospitality professional with experience in a luxury service environment and a keen eye for detail. Communication will be your strength.
You will be available to work flexibly across a casual rotating roster including weekends public holidays and evenings.
