Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the hotels facilities equipment and infrastructure are wellmaintained and operating at peak performance
Manage a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople ensuring they are properly trained equipped and motivated to deliver exceptional service
Oversee the planning scheduling and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance activities to minimise disruptions and maximise asset uptime
Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety environmental and regulatory requirements
Qualifications :
Extensive experience (2 years) in a maintenance management or supervisory role preferably in the hotel hospitality or facilities management industry
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems equipment and maintenance best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with maintenance management software and data analytics tools Gaia 2.2
