Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the hotels facilities equipment and infrastructure are wellmaintained and operating at peak performance
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople ensuring they are properly trained equipped and motivated to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee the planning scheduling and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance activities to minimise disruptions and maximise asset uptime
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety environmental and regulatory requirements
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience (2 years) in a maintenance management or supervisory role preferably in the hotel hospitality or facilities management industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems equipment and maintenance best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and data analytics tools Gaia 2.2
