Position Overview:
Our client has an immediate need for a skilled and serviceoriented Facilities Maintenance Manager in Tulsa OK. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 30 maintenance technicians who manage 41 buildings including both administrative offices and student housing. This role requires strong people skills to manage a multigenerational team and proven experience in maintaining complex properties with technical knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and boiler systems. Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities the ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership technical expertise and a collaborative approach to support the campuss infrastructure needs.
