Job Title: D365/Power Platform Manager
Location: Remote
Performance Expectations
- Support the Implementation configuration and development of various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365 and Power Platform
- Lead Consultants/Senior Consultants in Requirements Gathering and Analysis activities
- Provide guidance and best practices on Requirements Management
- Understand how to model and design Business Processes
- Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets
- Complete project tasks within budget and to client satisfaction
- Communicate business process recommendations in context of a solution with clients up to CTO / CIO level
- Business Analysis experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements including:
- Facilitating JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions to elicit business and system requirements (functional/nonfunctional)
- Creating Use Cases Workflows System Requirements Specifications etc.
- Creating architectural artefacts such as logical designs data models deployment models
- Identify assignment conflicts or issues and communicate to Engagement Manager
- Contribute to practice growth and development by identifying potential sales opportunities
- Assist in the development of client proposals
- Participate in practice initiatives (i.e. functional/technical analysis documentation etc.)
- Promote MNP Digital services through the delivery of presentations writing articles facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNPs services businesses and industry
- Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions
- Network in the local business community and consider business development opportunities
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
- Mentor motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations providing feedback and addressing performance issues promptly
- Promote regular attendance balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness
- Conduct formal written annual performance reviews
- Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your technology consulting knowledge
Skills & Experience
- Completion of a PostSecondary Degree in a relevant field or seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Five (5) to ten (7) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector with three (3) to five (5) years experience with Dynamics CRM and/or D365 and Power Platform
- Deep knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle and design including Agile
- Deep understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques
- Understanding of how a Business Analyst can function within an Agile Project and Methodology
- Experience as a Product Owner or functioning as a Project Lead is an asset
- Proven experience in designing complex integration of multiple systems
- Experience with project problem diagnosis solution development client communications facilitation of decision making documentation managing client expectations and team leadership
- Ability to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to travel throughout Canada up to 20% if needed
