Role: DevOps Engineer with Automation Testing
Duration: Long Term
Location: Hybrid Anywhere in USA (preference for Scottsdale AZbased candidates)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Data Observability Engineer with a strong background in observability for production environments. The ideal candidate will have handson experience using Grafana to monitor application health and assess performance with expertise in collecting and processing key metrics from applications to ensure reliable data visualization.
Seeking an experienced Data Observability Engineer with a strong background in observability for production environments. The ideal candidate will have handson experience using Grafana to monitor application health and assess performance with expertise in collecting and processing key metrics from applications to ensure reliable data visualization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate application health and performance in production.
- Collect and process observability data and visualize key metrics using Grafana.
- Utilize Prometheus or OpenTelemetry as secondary observability tools.
- Work with data from various applications to derive actionable insights for maintaining system health.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with observability practices particularly in a production environment.
- Handson experience with Grafana as the primary monitoring tool.
- Proficiency in Prometheus or OpenTelemetry as secondary tools.
- Basic knowledge of Java or Python (proficiency in either is preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AppDynamics for additional monitoring capabilities.
