Job Description:
Campaign Management
Develop and execute field marketing campaigns that align with company goals and drive demand generation campaigns (webinars events display and online media) in lockstep with Association and Buying group team.
Manage marketing campaigns including logistics for events and webinars in collaboration with the industry marketing team.
Field communication
Proactively work with industry and field marketing sales partners and customer success to ensure success of events.
Create internal communication (newsletters events tracker create Seismic pages) to promote events and other associations and buying group marketing activities
Develop email campaigns and campaign kits to assist in promoting associations and buying group programs
Event Planning & Execution
Lead the research planning and execution of regional events assisting the industry marketing team in executing trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build relationships with key prospects and customers.
Oversee event logistics from budgeting and vendor management to postevent analysis and followup.
Work with the branding team to execute event branding and creative activations.
Collaborate with Partner organization on strategic sponsorships and gotomarket execution plans at partner events.
Coordinate logistics for all global events ensuring timely shipments accommodations travel arrangements and other necessities.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns to report regularly on progress against company and campaign goals
Requirements:
Marketing background ideally in field marketing and/or demand generation with at least 5 years of experience.
Detail oriented and resourceful
Professional and willingness to cross collaborate
