As a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Analyst at Orange People you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organizations resilience against potential disruptions. In this position youll be responsible for supporting the design development and implementation of continuity plans that enable our business to operate effectively during unforeseen challenges. Youll collaborate closely with teams across the organization to identify risks analyze business impact and ensure recovery strategies align with our strategic objectives. This position will be responsible for the daytoday coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery) Business Continuity and Vendor Continuity at our Organization.
Requirements:
Coordinate the companys Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity Technical Recovery and Vendor Continuity.
Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans.
Develop review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy programs and procedures.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) Highlight Top 35 skills required:
13 years of experience in BCM.
Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people.
Good communication & Multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
High School Diploma is required.
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
25 years financial services preferably auto finance experience
Good to have bachelors in emergency Mgmt. Risk Mgmt. Business studies or equivalent work experience.
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM) or equivalent.
Lucid and/or eGRC Archer BCM module is good to have.
