Fairview is a primary acute care hospital offering inpatient medical services general surgery orthopedics and maternity services with 24hour emergency and hospitalist coverage. Fairview also provides a full range of ambulatory surgical services which include general surgery gynecology orthopedics urology plastic surgery ophthalmology and gastroenterology.
Additionally Fairview offers outpatient ancillary diagnostic and therapeutic services wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy cardiopulmonary rehabilitation physical and occupational therapy services as well as a full range of primary care affiliated practices and clinics supporting the health and wellbeing of our community.

Thanksgiving and weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
Nonbillable Orientation: 8hrs
Holiday OT CallBack Multipliers: 1.25%
Call: 4.00

- 3 years current CSFA experience
- NBSTSA REQUIRED (NCCT not accepted)
- AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ANYTIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. This is a firm requirement
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (NBSTSA BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)

Weekend Requirements : Every Other weekend /Must be available for all holidays as/if needed
