Job Description
Position: Certified Surgical Technologist
Start Date: 11/18/2024
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Great Barrington MA 01230
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8
Shift Notes: 8 Hr Days 6:45a 3:15p 40hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every Other weekend /Must be available for all holidays as/if needed
OnCall Requirements: CALL REQUIRED

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
CORI/SIR SEARCHES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION/TO BE STARTED ASAP UPON OFFER ACCEPTANCE/Candidate fills out Facility conducts (Candidate cannot start assignment until these searches are resulted).
Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving (including Friday and the weekend after) AND ChristmasNew Year Day Block (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved.
AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR THE INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO THE PROFILE PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ANYTIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The Certified Surgical Technician under the direction of the Operating Room Manager is responsible for organizing services related to a specific or group of surgical specialties (ies) to ensure quality patient care efficient and costeffective service providing a focal point for information related to that service to ensure that staff and physicians have needed information; ensuring/providing continuity of care for all aspects of the perioperative period; and managing all aspects of care to ensure that quality is assured i.e. equipment availability; equipment functionality.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- 2 years of current CST experience
- NBSTSA REQUIRED (NCCT not accepted)
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. This is a firm requirement

- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
