Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented Debt Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role you’ll manage delinquent accounts contact clients to negotiate payment plans and work toward resolution. Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and resilience are essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to collect overdue payments and set up payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collections targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of debt collections experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville FL.
