As of 1/1/24 all new and returning agency staff must have deescalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance. Facility As of 1/1/2024 ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI AVADE or MOAB. MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT THIS IS A MED SURG FLOAT NEED BETWEEN THOMPSON FARNUM AND KINSGSBURY UNITS. TRAVELER MAY FLOAT BETWEEN UNITS DURING SHIFT (4hrs Kingsbury 8hrs Farnum during 1 shift). ICU RNS WILL BE CONSIDERED!
Patient population: AdultGeriatric
Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
EMR: Epic
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
NonBillable Orientation: 0hours
Multipliers (OT Holiday): 1.25%

- 2 years Med Surg experience
- EPIC experience
- BSN
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH license must be inhand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
