Zain Business is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Madinah Region. This full-time, on-site position is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts and enhancing our customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that form the backbone of our marketing initiatives. Your daily activities will include:
Communication and Customer Service: You will act as a liaison between Zain Business and our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in building strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conducting thorough market research is essential to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. You will analyze this data to identify opportunities for growth and to refine our marketing strategies.
Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team, you will help develop strategies that drive sales and improve overall performance. Your insights from market research will inform our approach to lead generation and customer retention.

Qualifications
