Roles and responsibilities

Zain Business is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Madinah Region. This full-time, on-site position is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts and enhancing our customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of communication, analytical, and strategic skills to effectively contribute to our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that form the backbone of our marketing initiatives. Your daily activities will include:

  1. Communication and Customer Service: You will act as a liaison between Zain Business and our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in building strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  2. Market Research: Conducting thorough market research is essential to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. You will analyze this data to identify opportunities for growth and to refine our marketing strategies.

  3. Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team, you will help develop strategies that drive sales and improve overall performance. Your insights from market research will inform our approach to lead generation and customer retention.

  4. Marketing Strategy Development: You will play a key role in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This includes developing promotional campaigns, creating content, and utilizing various channels to reach our target audience effectively.

  5. Social Media Management: You will oversee our social media presence, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience. Your experience with social media platforms will help elevate our brand and foster community engagement.


Desired candidate profile

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, providing a solid foundation for understanding marketing principles and business strategies.

  • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is essential. This experience will equip you with the practical knowledge needed to excel in this role.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial. You should be adept at interpreting data and using it to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, excellent organizational and time management skills will enable you to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Customer Service: Exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must. You will need to articulate ideas clearly and engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
