Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or any relevant field.
Minimum Experience:
10 years of experience in a relevant field with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Job Specific Skills:
• Advanced financial analysis skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the financial policies and regulations
• Working knowledge of risk assessment methods
• Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and judgmental skills
• Knowledge and understanding of local regulatory policies
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good analytical capabilities and problemsolving abilities
• Knowledge in information systems
