- Ensure that all marketing efforts enhance the brand's reputation for sustainability, wellness, and luxury.

- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
4. Sales Management
- Drive sales efforts across all properties, setting revenue targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners to drive business development.
- Oversee the development of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
5. Digital Marketing and E-commerce
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Optimize the brand’s website and online booking platforms for user experience and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
6. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive landscape changes.

Desired candidate profile
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in marketing or hospitality management can be advantageous.
2. Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in luxury or wellness-focused brands.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a senior sales and marketing role, ideally as a Director or Head of Sales and Marketing in a similar environment.
- Experience managing multiple properties or a portfolio of brands is highly desirable.
