- A Java architect designs and oversees the implementation of Javabased software systems
- Technical leadershipLeading technical teams mentoring developers and ensuring best practices are followed System design
- Defining the overall structure of the system including the platform architecture technology and tools Performance optimizationIdentifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and optimizing code and algorithms Security
- Ensuring that Java applications are secure and comply with security best practices Technology evaluationEvaluating new technologies tools and frameworks to determine their suitability for use in the organizations projects Collaboration
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to clarify business needs and detect dependencies impediments and potential risks Technical guidance
- Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers Continuous learning
- Keeping Java knowledge and skills up to date by attending professional events and reading industry news
