III. Supervisory Responsibilities
May coach and mentor lessexperienced team members and act as team leader on systems projects.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science MIS Business Administration or similar area of study. Five years of project management experience required.
Preferred: Bachelors Degree and at least ten years of project management experience with two years of increasing responsibilities.
B. Certificates Licenses Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate and/or Agile Certification.
C. Other Knowledge Skills or Abilities Required
Intermediate knowledge or skills in one or more of the following required:
Managing multiple projects in various stages of the SDLC at one time.
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology (specifically in Guide Five and Nine Waterfall).
Agile Project Management methodologies.
Leading infrastructurerelated projects such as network upgrades hardware procurement core Technology application deployments (such as email upgrades) and deployment and/or facility buildout.
Aiding in definition of systems strategy developing systems requirements designing and prototyping testing training defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Presenting communicating and articulating effectively to all levels of the organization (including technical and nontechnical audiences Senior Leadership VPs and CLevel Executives).
Ability to interface with seniorlevel stakeholders in both Information Technology and the business units to partner on project scope risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Understanding all aspects of the IT Governance and reporting.
Ability to create own and present executive level presentations or communications.
