Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative your mission is to support our clients diverse customer base across their renowned brands. Your role focuses on providing timely and effective responses to online queries complaints and phone calls chats and emails. Your proactive approach ensures customer expectations are not just met but exceeded creating positive experiences every day.

Shift: 24/7 Shifting Schedule
Work Setup: Onsite in Clark Pampanga
Salary: PHP 20000 to 22500 plus
PHP 15000 completion bonus

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media ensuring brand consistency
  • Identify and address customer needs for complete satisfaction
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally within response time limits
  • Build trust and sustainable relationships through open communication
  • Provide accurate complete information using the appropriate tools
  • Meet customer care team sales targets and call quotas
  • Handle complaints suggest solutions and follow up for resolution
  • Document interactions process accounts and maintain records
  • Follow team KPI guidelines and business communication standards
  • Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers

Requirements

Your Experience is the Perfect Fit!

  • At least 1 year of customer care experience with required BPO experience
  • Required experience using Zendesk
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark Pampanga with a shifting schedule
  • Available to work during holidays and weekends as needed
  • Familiar with Office365 (desirable)
  • Advanced English proficiency
