We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms. Job Description:

• Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs.
  • Analyze competitor products and industry trends to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to refine ideas and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Visual Design:
  • Assist in creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain design assets, including icons, typography, and color palettes.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure a cohesive design process.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Documentation:
  • Help maintain design documentation and guidelines for consistency across products.
  • Contribute to presentations and reports on design progress and outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a clear understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.

• Design Fundamentals: Understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.

• User Research: Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights about user needs and preferences.

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency in using design tools (like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) to create wireframes and prototypes.

• Responsive Design: Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles to ensure a seamless experience across devices.

• Interaction Design: Understanding of how users interact with interfaces and the ability to design intuitive user flows.

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with developers, product managers, and other designers.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on details to ensure designs are pixel-perfect and meet usability standards.

• Feedback Acceptance: Openness to receiving constructive feedback and iterating on designs based on input from peers and users.

• Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML and CSS can be beneficial for understanding how designs translate into code.

• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges and improve user experiences.
