About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
Travel Booking:
• Plan and book travel itineraries for clients, covering flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.
• Offer expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and related services to enhance client experiences.
• Manage and update booking details, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client preferences.
• Address travel inquiries and promptly resolve any issues to ensure a seamless journey for clients.
Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional support through phone, email, and chat, meeting client needs with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and adjustments to their travel plans.
• Follow up with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
Scheduling Duties:
• Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for both clients and team members.
• Maintain organized schedules to ensure smooth, timely travel plans.
• Prepare and manage itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a travel agent or in a customer service role, with a strong grasp of travel industry systems and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centered approach.
• Proficient in travel booking systems, CRM software, and related tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in bookings and scheduling.
• Self-motivated and accountable, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Adaptable and professional, able to handle changing priorities and unexpected issues with ease.
