Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Location: Norfolk VA/ Chicago IL Hybrid

Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals.
Data Management: Oversee data architecture design modeling implementation and maintenance of solutions in the clinical data ecosystem.
Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance data integrity and alignment with industry standards.
Modeling: Lead the design and development of dimensional data models implementing best practices in data modeling to support business intelligence and reporting.
ETL Processes: Interpret and write sourcetotarget mappings (ETL transformation rules) for ETL development.
Governance: Manage metadata and data governance processes.
Communication: Communicate technical concepts effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Minimum of 1012 years of experience in systems analysis with a focus on data warehousing in the healthcare payer sector.
Expertise in dimensional modeling and SQL.
Extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with DB2 ETL tools (Ab Initio) and reporting tools (Cognos Tableau).
Proficiency in data architecture and design including Erwin.
Knowledge of the healthcare payer industry (claims enrollment and clinical decision support systems).
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
Strong collaboration and teambuilding abilities.
